Welcome to Trade Site Shop ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), a DBA of Alto Design Co., LLC. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of digital products, including website templates ("Products"). By accessing our website and purchasing our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

  1. Products and License

1.1. License Grant: Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the website template for one website.

1.2. Permitted Use: You may customize the template for your personal or business website.

1.3. Prohibited Use: You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or use the template for multiple projects without obtaining additional licenses.

  1. Purchases, Payment, and Installation

2.1. Payment: All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment through approved payment methods listed on our website.

2.2. Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our Products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

2.3. Installation Timeline: We will complete the initial installation of your template within two (2) business days from the date of purchase, provided that all necessary information has been received.

2.4. Support: We provide free email support for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of purchase to assist with any technical issues related to the installation and use of your template.

2.5. Transfer of Ownership: Ownership of the website template will only be transferred once the client has accepted the invitation to their site. Until acceptance, we retain administrative control over the template.

3.1. All templates and content provided on our website are the intellectual property of Trade Site Shop and are protected by copyright laws.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

4.1. Our Products are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee compatibility with third-party platforms or future software updates. Trade Site Shop is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Squarespace, Inc.

  1. Limitation of Liability

5.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Products.

  1. User Responsibilities

6.1. You are responsible for ensuring the compatibility of our Products with your chosen website platform (Squarespace 7.1).

6.2. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your website and content.

6.3. Prohibited Content: You may not use our Products or website for any purpose that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable, including but not limited to content that promotes violence, discrimination, or harassment. We reserve the right to revoke access to our Products if we determine that they are being used in violation of this policy.

  1. Termination

7.1. We reserve the right to terminate your license and access to our website if you violate these Terms. This may include blocking your IP address, revoking access to purchased digital products, or pursuing legal action if necessary.

  1. Changes to Terms

8.1. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict of law principles.
